How do I place an order?
Through our website, you can either set-up an account and place an order through your account, or you can order as a “guest”.
Either way, you can simply start adding items to your cart.
What are the advantages of setting up an account on the website?
All of your information is kept on file, so that you do not need to re-type all your info if/when you would like to place more than one order. You can view all your current & past order info, at any time. You can add items to your favorite list or “wish list”, and edit that list through your account. You can be kept up-to-date on any clearance deals, specials, and new product info.
Will the colors of products on the website be an exact match to the product I receive?
All monitors have different color settings and that can affect how colors appear on the screen. This means that the actual product you receive may differ somewhat from the color you’re seeing on our website, depending on the monitor you are using. Sometimes our pictures may not be an exact reflection of the actual color of the product - if this is a known issue, we will indicate as such on the product page. If you have further questions, please contact one of our sales associates.
What if I would like to add a logo or numbering to my product?
Unfortunately logo’d or numbered product cannot be ordered through our website.
What if something goes wrong with the product I received?
If any product is defective due to materials quality or assembly process, we will provide a replacement item for you (upon inspection of the original product that was sent out). Of course, we cannot be held responsible for items damaged by abuse, negligence, and/or misuse and normal everyday wear and tear.
What if you are out of stock of a particular product?
If we do not have the item that you’re looking for in stock, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Department to notify you of the situation, after the online order has been received. In some situations we may tell you that we will not be back-ordering the item and that we will refund you the appropriate amount. If not, you will be given a number of options: 1) You could wait until additional inventory of the product is made available, at which time your order will be sent out. 2) You could change your order to another product which is currently in stock. 3) You can cancel the order, at which point you will receive a refund for the payment for that particular order.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed, if it has not shipped yet?
If you have any changes that need to be made to your order, please contact our Customer Service representative at 1-844-487-2347. We will do our best to be accommodating but please contact us as soon as possible.
What if I would like to exchange or return my order?
Please ensure that you purchase the correct items in the correct sizes before you place your order. If you wish to change your order in any way after it has been placed but not shipped, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best. If any product is defective due to materials quality or assembly process, we will provide a replacement item for you. If you are sent the wrong item we will of course correct the mistake.
Returns made for reasons other than defects or errors may require the customer to pay the return shipping. In some cases a restocking fee may be charged. Please contact us via phone or email prior to returning items. The normal return window is 30 days from the day an item is delivered.
Orders of $100 or more will ship free within the Contiguous U.S.A. Orders up to and including $99.99 will ship with a flat rate fee of $7.99. Some items may incur an extra shipping charge but if so it will be indicated on the item page. Free Shipping only applies to total after promo code discounts have been applied. Any item indicating Free Shipping is only for states within the Contiguous USA (48 states).
Free Shipping Items
Snoozies, Klitch & Coolcore products that are offered with Free Shipping normally ship from Virginia via First Class Mail. First Class mail typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on distance from Virginia.
We ship to anywhere in the United States (Alaska and Hawaii will incur extra shipping charges). We do not currently ship to any international addresses. We ship Ground on most orders unless a special request is made over the phone, in which case extra shipping charges would apply.
Most items will ship via UPS or FedEx ground shipping. Depending on location shipping time will usually take anywhere from 2-11 days and the items typically leave the warehouse in 1-2 days. Preorder items will not ship until they are available.
No gift-wrapping options are available and the contents may be obvious from the box.
Should you receive any product that has been damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately. It is important that you do not discard the damaged packaging. We will have the shipment carrier pick up the damaged package and we will send out a replacement when the damaged item is received and inspected at our warehouse. All damage claims must be reported within five business days of receipt of goods. Any claims reported after five business days are subject to denial.
Any refused shipments will be charged a 20% restocking fee and credited less the original shipping costs. No refunds will be issued until the refused shipment has been received. Refused shipments that are lost in transit are the responsibility of the refuser.

International customers will be required by their country to pay duties and taxes before they receive their package. These rates vary by country. Please take note of this extra cost, as it is not included with your purchase.
We only charge sales tax to orders shipped to the state of Virginia, as required by law.
